Download from the server

All of the data can be downloaded directly from our servers.

Please note that the TPAC genomes corresponding to the Tara Pacific expedition are not yet published and therefore not accessible. If you need this specific dataset, please contact Us. We plan to make it public before the last quarter of 2024.

The repository is structured in two main folders:

  • metadata containing general information by genome
  • data for all the raw data. This folder is structured in subdirectories representing:

For each genome, the following information is included:

  • Genes [.genes]
  • Marker genes [.fetchmgs]
  • BGCs [.antismash]
